The new 2008 NAR (National Association of Realtors) Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers tells us that 86% of buyers rated photos as the most valuable of web site features. Architectural photography is highly specialized and it takes expertise to produce strong images for both web use and for print advertising. Find out how professional photography can drive buyers to listings and can elevate a builder, architect or designer's web presence.
I have sought to distinguish myself in shooting architecture and high end properties for agents, brokers and developers. In August of 2008 I was the first co-winner of the Photography For Real Estate Idol Award with the photo seen at the HOME page of this site.
In the first Annual Worldwide Photowalk in 2008, my photo titled Chopping Down The Capital was chosen for first place among entrants on the Connecticut Photowalk in Hartford.

I offer professional photography of both residential real estate and commercial properties throughout New England and on the Main Line in Philadelphia, PA. Waterfront Photography is available by boat from April 1st to December 1st.

Available Options:
Twilight shoot:
Twilight shoots are done between sunset and approximately 40 minutes after sunset. All lights in the home will be turned on and there may be added lighting. Twilight shots give a dramatic and elegant look to the home.
Helicopter Aerial Photography
There is no better way to show the context of a fine home or commercial property than to show it from aerial angles. Shooting from a Robinson R-44 helicopter with the door removed allows us to provide extremely high quality images from just the right perspective to capture the imagination of buyers. You can see examples of a recent shoot here.
Elevated shots:
Elevated shots are photos taken with the camera elevated from 8 to 15 feet above the normal street level. These are done only as an add-on or additional travel charges will apply.
Waterfront Shoot:
I keep a boat ready 24 hours a day in Westport, CT on the Saugatuck River. Rates for waterfront shots start at $199 and are dependent on distance from the dock and other conditions. Call for details.
Image editing:
Image editing allows signs, garbage cans, irrigation flags etc to be removed from driveways or lawns and for some other improvements to photos. We do not change any of the physical characteristics of the home with image editing. $150/hr
Please call to discuss other services including waterfront property photography from our boat docked in Westport and available 24 hours a day.
